Processing Time
- Standard Orders: Physical products (yarn, yarn sets, and standard DIY kits) are carefully prepared, custom-rewound on our signature cones, and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom & Personalized Orders: For custom-assembled kits or individual requests, preparation may take longer. In such cases, we personally contact the customer via email or messenger to agree upon and confirm all production and shipping timelines before proceeding.
Digital Products (Courses & Patterns)
All online courses, digital patterns, and downloadable materials are delivered electronically.
- Access details or download links are sent automatically immediately after successful payment.
- No physical shipping is required, and digital products are completely free of shipping fees.
International Shipping (Physical Products)
As an international store, we safely deliver our physical items worldwide. We partner with reliable global carriers to ensure your package arrives securely:

- Other trusted express carriers depending on the destination country.
Each international order is evaluated individually to select the most efficient, secure, and cost-effective shipping method based on your location.
Shipping Costs & Customs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination country.
- Customs & Duties: Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs and any associated customs fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically provided via email so you can monitor your delivery status at every stage.
Shipping within Ukraine
While we primarily serve international creators, we also ship within Ukraine via Nova Poshta (to branches, post machines, or via courier delivery) according to standard domestic carrier rates.
Digital Products & No-Refund Policy
By purchasing a digital product (online crochet courses, downloadable patterns, PDF files, or video lessons), the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales of digital products are final. Due to the immediate access granted to intangible digital content, refunds, returns, or cancellations are not possible. If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve them.
Returns & Refunds for Physical Products
We want you to love your materials. For physical items (unopened yarn packs or standard tools):
- Customers have the right to return a physical product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the item is unused, remains in its original appearance, consumer properties, and original unbroken packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Yarn and materials sold as part of a customized, personalized, or individually requested DIY kit are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.
- Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with consumer protection guidelines.
